In short: Telisens LLC does not charge customers a fee and does not bill you for telecommunications service. Any charge you pay comes from the provider you selected, and refunds for those charges are governed by that provider's terms.

1. Telisens LLC does not charge customers

Comparing plans, receiving recommendations and placing an order through Telisens LLC is free of charge. We do not collect payment from customers, we do not process card transactions, and we do not issue invoices for telecommunications service. Because we take no payment, there is nothing for Telisens LLC to refund.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Telisens LLC and asks for payment, please do not pay and let us know immediately at contact@telisens.com.

2. Refunds are issued by the service provider

When you order service through us, your account and billing relationship is established directly with the telecommunications provider you selected. That provider is responsible for billing, payments, credits and refunds, under the terms and conditions you accepted with them.

Refund eligibility, amounts and processing times therefore vary by provider, by plan and by the state you are in. Telisens LLC cannot authorize, approve, guarantee or issue a refund on a provider's behalf.

3. Charges customers commonly ask about

The following are all provider charges, governed by the provider's own refund and credit policies:

  • Monthly service charges, including any pro-rated first or final bill
  • Installation, activation and professional setup fees
  • Equipment charges, deposits, lease fees and unreturned-equipment charges
  • Taxes, government charges and provider surcharges
  • Early termination charges where a term agreement applies
  • Promotional credits that were expected but not applied to a bill

4. How to request a refund

  1. Contact your service provider directly, using the customer service number on your bill or in your online account.
  2. Have your account number, the billing date and the specific charge in question ready.
  3. Ask for the reference number of your request and note the name of the representative.
  4. Keep a copy of any bill, receipt or written confirmation relating to the charge.

If a provider requires a request in writing, ask them which address or portal to use, as this differs between companies.

5. How Telisens LLC can help

While we cannot issue refunds, we can help you get to the right place:

  • Confirming what was quoted and ordered at the time of sale
  • Explaining which charges are standard for the plan you selected
  • Pointing you to the correct department or contact route at the provider
  • Reviewing your order details if a bill does not match what you were told

If we made an error in describing a plan, tell us. We will review the order and help you take it up with the provider.

6. Timeframes

Providers commonly apply refunds as a credit on a future bill rather than as a payment returned to your card, and processing can take one or more billing cycles. The provider, not Telisens LLC, sets and communicates these timeframes.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, that dispute is between you, your bank and the service provider that took the payment. Telisens LLC is not a party to it and cannot influence the outcome. We recommend contacting the provider first, as most billing questions are resolved faster that way.
