Last updated: August 29, 2026

In short: you can stop an order you placed through us at any time before installation at no cost, and we will pass the cancellation on. Once service is active, cancellation is handled by your provider under the agreement you signed with them.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how to cancel an order placed through Telisens LLC as an authorized dealer under the JNA Dealer Program, and where responsibility sits once a provider has activated your service. It does not replace the terms and conditions of the provider you selected, which govern your service agreement.

2. Cancelling before installation

If you have placed an order but installation has not yet taken place, contact us as early as you can and we will submit the cancellation through the dealer channel. There is no charge from Telisens LLC for cancelling an order at this stage.

  • Call +1 (832) 285-3317 or email contact@telisens.com
  • Tell us the name and address the order was placed under
  • Include the provider name and, if you have it, the order or reference number

Please note that cancellation is only complete once the provider confirms it. Depending on how close the installation date is, the provider may also contact you directly to confirm. Providers may apply their own charges if a technician has already been dispatched or work has begun at the address.

3. Cancelling after service is active

Once your service has been installed and activated, your account is held with the service provider and cancellation must be requested through them. They are responsible for disconnection, final billing, equipment return and the closure of your account.

Contact the provider using the customer service number on your bill or in your online account. Ask for a cancellation reference number and the date your service will stop, and keep that confirmation.

4. Term agreements and early termination

Some plans are sold on a month-to-month basis and some on a fixed term of one or two years. Cancelling a fixed-term plan before it ends may result in an early termination charge set by the provider, and promotional credits may also be reversed.

We raise contract length and any early termination charge with you before an order is placed, so you know which type of plan you are choosing. If you are not sure which applies to you, check your provider agreement or call us and we will help you interpret it.

5. Returning equipment

Routers, receivers, DVRs and similar equipment are usually leased rather than owned. If you cancel, the provider will tell you what must be returned, by when, and how. Failing to return leased equipment on time commonly results in an unreturned-equipment charge.

Keep proof of return, such as a shipping receipt or drop-off confirmation, until your final bill has settled.

6. Moving instead of cancelling

If you are cancelling because you are moving, speak to us first. Your provider may serve the new address, or a better option may be available there. Transferring service is often simpler than cancelling and starting again, and it can avoid early termination charges.

7. Cancelling contact from Telisens LLC

If you no longer wish to hear from us, you can stop contact at any time by replying to any email, using an unsubscribe link where one is provided, or emailing contact@telisens.com. We will close your inquiry and stop marketing contact. See our Privacy Policy for details of the choices available to you.
