1. Our role as an authorized dealer
Telisens LLC is proud to operate as an authorized telecommunications dealer through the JNA Dealer Program, helping customers access services from leading providers such as Frontier, Verizon, WOW!, Windstream, HughesNet, Brightspeed, Optimum, MetroNet, Hawaiian Telcom, AT&T and DIRECTV.
Telisens LLC is not a telecommunications carrier and does not own, operate or maintain any network. We are an independent dealer authorized to present plans from participating providers and to submit customer orders through approved dealer channels. Any agreement for telecommunications service is formed between you and the service provider you select — not between you and Telisens LLC.
2. What we help customers do
Our primary goal is to help residential and business customers across the United States find telecommunications services that fit their needs, including internet, TV and phone services. Specifically, we assist customers with:
- Comparing plans available from participating providers at a given service address
- Choosing packages suited to their household or business requirements
- Support with new activations and service upgrades
- General sales inquiries relating to participating providers
Through the JNA Dealer Program, we connect customers with participating telecommunications providers through approved dealer channels.
3. Provider responsibility
The selected service provider is solely responsible for service availability, installation, activation, equipment, billing and ongoing service delivery. This includes, without limitation:
- Confirming whether service can be delivered to your address
- Scheduling and performing installation, including any technician visit
- Supplying, leasing, configuring and maintaining equipment
- Activating and provisioning service on their network
- All billing, payment processing, promotional credits and account management
- Technical support, outage handling, repairs and ongoing service quality
- The terms of service, contract length and any early termination charges
Telisens LLC does not control any of the above and cannot guarantee any outcome that depends on a provider's systems, schedules or network.
4. Availability, speeds and pricing
Service availability varies by address and can differ between neighboring properties. Advertised speeds are typically maximum or "up to" figures; actual performance depends on connection type, network conditions, in-home wiring, equipment, Wi-Fi coverage and the number of devices in use.
Any pricing, speed, channel count, promotional period or feature shown on this website is provided for general illustration only. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation or a guarantee, and it is subject to change by the provider at any time without notice. Prices shown generally exclude taxes, government charges, provider fees, equipment charges and installation costs. Current terms are confirmed with you before any order is submitted.
