This policy explains how Telisens LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website and through the sales assistance we provide as an authorized dealer under the JNA Dealer Program. It does not cover how a telecommunications provider handles your information once you become their customer — each provider has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, which typically includes:
- Contact details — name, email address and phone number
- Location details — ZIP code and, where relevant, the full service address needed to check availability
- Requirement details — the services you are interested in, customer type (residential or business), and anything you tell us about your household or business needs
- Correspondence — records of emails, form submissions and notes from calls with our team
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, such as browser type, device type, referring page and general location derived from IP address. This is used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
We do not ask for payment card details, bank information or Social Security numbers through this website. If a provider requires such information to complete an order, it is collected by that provider under their own terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When you submit a form or call us, you are asking us to respond, and we will contact you about your inquiry using the details you provide. If you have consented to it, we may also contact you about relevant telecommunications offers.
You can opt out of marketing contact at any time by replying to any email, by using the unsubscribe link where one is provided, or by emailing contact@telisens.com. We will still contact you about an inquiry or order that is already in progress.
