Authorized dealer through the JNA Dealer Program
About us

An authorized dealer built around clear advice

We help residential and business customers across the United States understand their telecommunications options and choose a package that fits how they actually use their service.

Who we are

Proud to operate as an authorized telecommunications dealer

Telisens LLC operates as an authorized telecommunications dealer through the JNA Dealer Program, helping customers access services from leading providers such as Frontier, Verizon, WOW!, Windstream, HughesNet, Brightspeed, Optimum, MetroNet, Hawaiian Telcom, AT&T and DIRECTV.

Our primary goal is to help residential and business customers across the United States find telecommunications services that fit their needs — including internet, TV and phone service. We assist with comparing available plans, choosing suitable packages, and provide support with new activations, upgrades and general sales inquiries.

Through the JNA Dealer Program, we connect customers with participating telecommunications providers through approved dealer channels. The selected service provider is responsible for service availability, installation, activation, equipment, billing and ongoing service delivery.

What drives us

Mission, approach and standards

Three commitments that shape every conversation we have with a customer.

Our mission

To help residential and business customers across the United States find telecommunications services that genuinely fit their needs — not simply the largest package available.

Our approach

Start with the address, then the household or business requirement, then the plan. We explain the trade-offs — speed, contract terms, equipment and fees — before you decide.

Our standards

We describe our role accurately, we do not overstate what a provider offers, and we place every order through approved dealer channels under the JNA Dealer Program.

Roles, clearly stated

What Telisens LLC handles — and what your provider handles

  • Equipment supplied, leased or sold to you
  • Billing, payments, promotions and contract terms

Why customers call us

Comparison shopping without the runaround

Telecommunications offers are hard to compare because every provider presents them differently. We translate them into the same terms so you can see the real difference.

Like-for-like comparison

Speed, term length, equipment cost and promotional period lined up next to each other.

Questions answered directly

If we do not know something, we say so and find out rather than guessing.

Residential and commercial

Household broadband and multi-site business connectivity are scoped differently — we treat them that way.
